WASHINGTON --- Inilabas na sa pagamutan si Washington Wizards rookie Andray Blatche noong Martes, dalawang araw matapos barilin sa isang tangkang carjacking.
"He is doing very well, and we are very encouraged by his progress," kuwento ni Wizards president of basketball operations Ernie Grunfeld.
Ang 19-anyos na forward ay binaril ng isang beses noong Linggo ng umaga habang lulan ng isang kotse.
Si Blatche ay 49th overall pick sa taong ito sa NBA draft.
"At this time it is too early to determine a timetable for his return," dagdag pa ni Grunfeld hinggil sa kondisyon ni Blatche para sa pagbubukas ng training camp ng Wizards sa susunod na Martes. (AP)
pero di nga lang sinabi kung saan part ng body tinamaan
AFAIK he was shot on the chest area, missing the heart by inches.
bakit mukhang magka-height sila. diba 6-6 or 6-7 si Jax and Jermaine is 7-0?Originally Posted by zidane21

Penny Hardaway's return?

Larry Brown has announced his starting PG of the New York Knicks. It will not be Marbury or Crawford. It will be the former superstar Penny Hardaway. Penny, many whom believe is way beyond his prime, is a perfect defensive, tall, PG Larry Brown loves.
Close sources tell us that Jamal Crawford is being discussed in a three way proposed deal that will send Crawford to the Nuggets, Nene to the Bulls, and Curry to NY.

I think Odom will play Pippen's part, and Kobe will try to be like Mike :D
Isiah took a huge gamble on getting Curry. No doubt he's an offensively gifted bigman. That's what the Knicks terribly need now. However his heart condition is life threatening. I doubt if an insurance company will cover him unless he sign a waiver or something. I wouldn't blame Curry for not undergoing DNA Test. The result may jeopardize his basketball career which is his bread and butter. He has no fall back because he doesn't have a college degree. Imagine from a rookie sensation earning millions of benjamins to a club bouncer. On the part of Isiah, he can afford losing 6th man Tim Thomas and undersized PF Mike Sweetney. He just can't let this opportunity pass in getting a center in Curry but the risk is so huge that the potential heart of the Knicks frontcourt will perish due to a heart attack. I heard the Knicks will be releasing Antonio Davis (involved in the E. Curry Trade) and be signed by the Bulls to a veterans minumum contract.Originally Posted by kimpOy

Yep, I believe he's listed 6'10. He's not even broad shouldered that's why he looks small when pitted against other hulking forwards and centers. His offensive aresenal is just wide making him very difficult to defend.Originally Posted by theveed
read this about eddy curry... i agree he shouldnt be allowed to play until he takes the dna test... its crazy what he (and the league) is doing...
