Thanks. Akala ko pa naman leaning towards negative ako kasi when I drink biogesic bumbaba fever ko ng konti. Like kanina 38 and after I took biogesic ng 37.6. Mabilis din pala recovery mo and not much symptoms. Buti may panlasa at pang amoy pa ko.

When you were in the office you never took off your mask?

Never, only when eating or drinking water/coffee in my cubicle.

My wife also tested positive but did not show symptoms.

My 12yr old daughter and our kasambahay were not swabbed and did not exhibit any symptoms as well.

You both wear mask during that time? And yet, you still get the virus?

How about yung mga ka interaction nya on that the same day? Positive din?

July 15 fever and rashes
July 16 no fever, body aches
July 17- 18 normal?
July 19-20 colds and runny nose and loss of smell and taste

So you never had shortness of breath? Hindi pa pala ako safe kasi Oct 23 lagnat ko so it means anytime on the 10th day pwede mawala, I read nga na ang peak is on the 7th-10th day

Yun nga nakakatakot. Kahit pala both naka mask pwede pa rin makasagap ng sakit. Dapat pala talaga zero interaction. Suspect ko talaga either sa vendors sa market or sa all around namin nakuha ko. Yung all around kasi namin yung mask naka baba sa ilong that time! May inabot kasi ako pera pero sa gate ko lang naman inabot. Pero napaka weird naman e pag hapon nakiki tsismis sa ibang help yun, wala naman nagkakasakit sa kanila

the best way is still Zero interaction, aka social distancing.
the more distant, the better.

Same non-medical grade mask that I’ve been using since the pandemic struck and when the health protocols were put in place in the office last March. We always wear mask and follow social distancing when interacting. The only thing that I can think off bakit natuluyan ako was due to a compromised state of my immune system since I’ve been only getting 2-3 hours of sleep time and have been skipping meals during that week that I think I got infected.
I was the only one on the contact tracing list that showed symptoms and got swabbed, the rest did not show symptoms and never got swabbed and they just did self isolation for 14 days.

No shortness of breath. Me and my wife were on strict home quarantine and monitored by the Barangay daily. We were cleared Aug 12.

Another officemate of mine who also got Covid19 symptoms had to endure 10 days of on and off fever and shortness of breath. His condition improved by the 11th day and he got swabbed on the 12th day. Before he got swabbed, he did steam inhalation with Vicks twice, one in the morning and then another one 2 hours before his scheduled swab. His PCR result turned out negative.

Do I still need to drink paracetamol if my temp is below 37.5 na? Sabi kasi Dr Cutie drink when >38, nag 37.3 na ko

For now you should try to get plenty of rest and sleep and eat 3 meals a day. Follow what your doctor say. I only took paracetamol because the headache was unbearable to go to sleep at night. Our LGU also recommended us to do steam inhalation for at least 5minutes.

Thank you. My biggest issue is I have a problem sleeping talaga even with melatonin and I have a hard time eating before 12 pm kaya my meals are usually 14 hrs in between. Were you told to take supplements?

You're lucky pala na no major symptom, it means malakas talaga katawan mo, saka one day fever only

The Barangay just told us to have daily 1000mg of Vit C. Both me and my wife had freshly squeezed lemon in warm water at night and a glass of pineapple juice in the morning and did daily 5min steam inhalation before going to sleep.

Fortunate to only have minor symptoms. Me and my wife continued to do regular exercise workouts at home (dumb bell, barbell and kettle bell routines) so maybe that helped a bit even after the gym closed during ECQ.

I am done with my swab test. I requested that I am the first patient and they obliged naman It didn't hurt, both nostrils pala. It felt like when you inhale water while swimming. I did not cough or shed a tear, baka magaan kamay ng doctor. Yung mga ibang nagpa swab daw, flu lang talaga.

The doctor who did the swab was wearing an N95 8210 mask. That is what I should buy pala, pero dami kasi fake online. Dapat sa US talaga bumili
