I just spent hours washing sack full of vegetables with soap and water It's so hard to move with this virus being able to live on surfaces for DAYS. I have work from home but I spend my time washing and alcohol every move I make. My hands are wrinkly already from too much washing. Now they are saying that if I breathe the same air as an infected person, I can get it too?

Sad nga kasi I received several deliveries the past few days and there is no more small talk, everyone is distant. I hope this virus ends soon, this is not the way to live

if you are going to wash a lot,
use thin, waterproof gloves when washing.
nitrile (or even latex) gloves, if they are still available.
even the very ordinary clear plastic gloves worn by hairdressers.

we don't have doc, pero I like using my hands, pag hindi ramdam ng skin ko hindi ko maramdam na malinis na or if it's still slippery

BTW, nagwo worsen ata racism, yung mga friends ko who are usually polite voiced out their hatred for China, mala shadow na hirit haha! Kami kami lang, known them for decades. Makes me wonder if that is the Filipino "voice" now

it is the voice of anger.
folks are angry at the situation, and they want to blame someone.
    i don't blame them.
    they are only human.

but we have to keep in mind, that the average chinese person probably is as much a victim as us, and as innocent as us.

Most likely it depends on the volume of people in your area but lemme just share. I went to SnR today. Roughly a little after 12 noon and there was a queue at the entrance. I think there were about 15 in front of me. Less than 10 mins later I was inside already. Didn't take my leisure time so a little after 1 I left. Wala na queue. Madami naman stocks inside. Yun nga lang I don't consider SnR a regular grocery since it's still members only place but perhaps others are similar.

Sobrang taas ng tingin ko sa doctor, next to priests kaya this has so much impact on me. May nakita pala ako sa TV, I am no mother theresa, pero they were pedicab drivers sharing food from a plastic container, tatlo ata sila tapos yung pag kain nila gutom na gutom, naiyak talaga ako sa nakita ko. Nalimutan ko yung tagalog na term when you are ravaging food, but that was it.

We were out 4 days in a row looking for an open bakeshop or cake supply. Bday kasi ng youngest daughter bukas. Our hunting cum pasyal took us to the supermarkets around our area (congressional, there are 3), cubao, quezon avenue, muņoz including waltermart, snr and landers. Walang cakeshop na open so ayun bagsak sa cake ng snr.

Landers and snr di masyado controlled ang pasok ng customers, medyo siksikan nga sa loob at mahaba pila sa counters. Waltermart nagpapapasok lang pag may lumabas. Same din sa cherry and puregold. Even muņos market di ka makakapasok pag walang quarantine pass.

Nitrile is more durable than Latex doc, still available in Bambang.

I went out to look for the supplier of surgical mask in Cubao, it was closed prolly just a warehouse. I ended up buying some Solmux Advance and orig Zonrox at Mercury drug near Sogo.
