actually, the decrease in people traffic in public places and malls over the past few days, is already significant.
a bit more of this self-discipline, and i believe we won't have to enforce additional restrictions anymore.

Exempted yung may work, emergency situations, bibili ng essentials sabi sa directive. Govt workers na required magwork exempted din.

Malamang "no work, no pay" ang policy. Business owners will try to minimize overhead as much as possible, including wages.

For well-to-do business owners, this will impact them because they probably won't have extra savings for that Euro trip they were planning. For the displaced workers, that will mean they won't have anything to eat for the next 2 weeks.

That's the thing the government have to balance. If you shut down most of works, many people will lose their jobs, In turn more crimes.
