Total lockdown sana. Nationwide.

Wala muna office, kahit private or government. Limited lang ang work sa mga emergency
responders, hospitals and food providers. Kahit malls, resorts, hotels, etc. eh dapat sarado.
Pati gas stations sarado din dapat, kung may open para sa mga essential travels eh
dapat may bantay na pulis or military.

The point is, sa bahay lang talaga mag stay ang tao. No movement except for authorized
personnel and delivery of essentials. Kasi kapag limited ang movement ng tao, wala nang
mahahawa, wala din magkakalat ng sakit sa labas.

Mala Martial law, pero I think this is one way to control the spread of this disease.

Its so easy to say total lockdown dapat, everybody stay home.

For a few days maybe ok pa, but for a month, chaos yan.

Kahit nakatira pa secured villages, yun mga guards ba walang family? Mayaman ba sila?
Baka magbantay salakay yan. Diba sa Taal eruption, some say ang nag loot yun mga security forces.

Some hospitals (especially private ones) have been evading COVID cases (suspected or otherwise) since January. There is one well known hospital in Manila, after establishing a COVID quarantine area as directed by DOH, a few days later started a major renovation work on said area. Admin said it would be bad publicity if people found out they had COVID cases.
