Just came from Rustans Supermarket alonmg Connecticut St. It's a relatively small grocery, not much people. Well no alcohol too hehe.

Heard thru the grapevine that the chef & a waitress in Choi Garden just tested positive for ncov. San Juan is a small city compared to others but ang daming cases.

Bakit parang puro may kaya yung mga nadi diagnose? Middle class at the minimum. Yung mag asawa na namatay yung wife taga World Bank (retiree) daw, Meron councilor, taga Deloitte etc

dapat may bantay na pulis or military.

The point is, sa bahay lang talaga mag stay ang tao. No movement except for authorized
personnel and delivery of essentials.

Mala Martial law, pero I think this is one way to control the spread of this disease.

di tatanggapin ng pinoy yan believe me

Yes, sorry food agad naisip ko. This is what also mean. I'm reacting to what uls said na immediate, like last night na agad. That will be chaos, hindi man sa solely sa food. I don't feel ayaw ng tao sa lockdown but they should be given time to prepare.

when people see infected people being treated like criminals nobody will want to get tested

    great job

    so ano dapat?

Pero when it comes to behavior there is only so much the government can do. May mga pinoy din naman talagang pasaway. I have a colleague push pa din with her Japan trip tapos numero unong ayaw sa work from home. Partida outside ncr pa nakatira, commuting. So what do the rest of us do knowing there are carriers out there? Take precaution. I'm all for containment basta give us time to prepare and continue ang supply ng goods.

I see your point sir. Kaya yun sana dapat ang hanapan ng solution ng government, how to feed all its citizens sa ganitong nationwide (lockdown) crisis.

Thanks but the article didn't clearly specified kung lockdown na talaga.

"A stipulation in the declaration of a state of calamity is the enforcement of a city-wide lockdown. However, Belmonte stated she would appeal the imposition of lockdown as it is “unreasonable” to apply such a thing to the largest city in Metro Manila."
