    Our entire household just recovered from covid, I assumed. I only did RAT test on 3 of us, so I just assumed all of us have it since most have some symptoms like cough or itchy throat.

    But we still went to the office

    Nothing extraordinary. Parang common cold and flu lang. We just took azythromycin and paracetamol.

    What I experience last week is quite similar on what I had experience last January during omicron surge headache, bodyache and slight fever.

    Azythromycin is an antibiotic, doesn't fight the COVID virus unless you have a co-infection with a bacteria in the respiratory Tract or Throat. Sayang lang gastos for the antibiotic.

    some writers believe some antibiotics, azithromycin included, may also have anti-inflammatory or immunosuppressive effect.
    hence why some entities feel it is useful against some other, non-bacterial conditions.

    the covid pandemic seems to have uncovered the off-label drug industry...
    ... old drugs, new tricks...

    Covid will cure itself in a few days.

    Azythromicyn is to cure/prevent the lungs and respiratory tracts from getting infections, thus preventing serious complications.
