I check again my vaxcert and it is now for processing so I just have to wait they will just email the vaxcert? good thing I called up vaxcert and the operator told me to leave the suffix blank.

Check mo na lang siguro from time to time kung naupdate na yung detalye mo. AFAIK, di sila nagsesend ng bago or nagnonotify na updated na details mo.
