    Correct, hindi lang sa pinas but worldwide.
    Number 1 is heart attack, number 2 is stroke.

    Ive lost 2 friends the past months due to heart attack. Both not due to covid and unvaccinated, 45 yrs old and 50 yo. Both hypertensive and obese.

    Pilit kasi kino-connect ng antivax ang vaccine sa lahat ng namatay. Gusto nila may kadamay sila sa takot nila sa bakuna[emoji23]

    i admit na during this pandemic, i stop playing basketball, swimming and etc…

    pinaka exercise ko is to walk to buy something outside siguro 5-10mins lang… have to watch my intake otherwise baka ma heart attack/stroke tapos sabihin ng mga friends ko dahil sa covid nagpa vax ng astra… hehehe

    Oo dahil sa quarantine at takot lumabas, wala nang physical exercise talaga.
    Plus mga viral posts pa tulad ng ube cheese pandesal, dalgona ice cream coffee, sushi bake etc. hehe

    Same here.
    Kulang sa exercise, unlike before pandemic. add that every weekend nasa house lang watching tv series and eating snacks. The only exercise i get is climbing the stair to my office everyday.
    Bumili ako stationary bike and i do often use it on the weekends pero iba pa rin yung exercise when its a team sports with friends.
    kaya normal na tataas incidence ng heart attack, stroke and Hypertension during pandemic. Add mo pa na takot mga tao pumunta hospital for a check up.

    Matindi itong requirement na ito. Hot topic ito dito. Pupunta ka lang ng grocery or mall kailangan mo pa magpa pcr test. Kailangan gumamit nung app nila para ipakita na may green pass ka (negative pcr kahit fully vaccinated). Ibang iba sa Dubai na except for the masks halos normal ang buhay ng mga tao.

    Bakit ka ganyan? Nagpapaniwala ka sa kung ano-ano. Nagkaka-anxiety ka tuloy.

    Kahit walang covid marami ng namamatay sa heart attack. Nagkataon lang na nangyari yun after mabakunahan ung ibang tao.

    Anti-vaxxers will say what they want basta pabor sa beliefs nila. They are always waiting for the wrong things to happen to vaccinated people. Yet cannot prove the connection.
