I think more than anything, the vaccination site protocols should be addressed. Potential superspreader events yung iba e. Defeats the purpose of vaccination. The author's account is not the first I've heard of people getting infected from vaccination sites.

Happened to my friend's comorb kid. They suspect he contracted the disease in the inoculation site itself. And that happened a month or so ago pa when the demand wasn't as much frenzied as it is today.
