Naalala ko lang yung pulmo ng second Mom ko she said quarantine is 14 to 21 days

We stopped eating together at home na nga kahit Sunday or special occasions na nga lang kami nagsasabay Naka mask na rin kamo at home, hopefully after we are all fully protected, pwedeng hindi na mag mask sa bahay

    -

misseks buti completely recovered ka na

    meron kasi ung "long covid"

kahit more than 12 weeks may symptoms parin

    What is long Covid?
Long Covid is a term to describe the effects of Covid-19 that continue for weeks or months beyond the initial illness. The health watchdog the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) defines long Covid as lasting for more than 12 weeks, although some people consider symptoms that last more than eight weeks to be long Covid.

Researchers analysed data on people who reported their symptoms of long Covid on the COVID Symptom Study app and identified two main groups of symptoms. One is mainly respiratory, such as a cough and feeling breathless, but also includes fatigue and headaches. The second group of symptoms affects many parts of the body, including the heart, brain and the gut. In the study of 4,182 people, heart symptoms were commonly reported, such as palpitations or increased heartbeat, as well as pins and needles, numbness and ‘brain fog’.

nakalimutan ko pala banggitin.. na wala ako ininom na gamot sa fever and headache.. may nag advice lang sakin na hindi sila yung tunay na sakit kaya wag gagamutin as part of monitoring.. basta kapag pinawisan punasan ang katawan, palit lahat ng damit at mag cold compress.. para hindi mag overheat katawan, iwas convulsion..
And magpalit ng beddings kapag nag ok ok na.. and curtains.. kahit may sakit ako naglalampaso ako ng alcohol sa sahig at mga surface na pwede mag stay yung virus..
If sa bahay lang kayo lagi lang magdala ng alcohol and lysol.. and mask!! kahit natutulog ako naka mask ako..

viral infection yan wala naman gamot diyan you just let it run its course

you let your immune system take care of it

you just supported your immune system (rest/sleep, hydration, food/supplements) and let it do its job

you saved yourself a ton of money by taking care of yourself

di ako gumagamit ng emoji na ito pero sayo -->

Except hospital siguro ang basic goods pero subject sa discretion ng owners. If I am an owner of an establishment kasi, I would ask for vaccination documents if ever madami na talaga vaccinated at alam mo na mga takot na lang ayaw.

Kung may freedom to choose to be vaccinated or not, may choice din business owners dapat kasi tauhan nila madadali if mahawaan.

I agree. Private business owners & companies should have the right to demand & the Gov’t should respect this although I read recently that this cannot happen for now. But the unvaxx are more at risk from infection than the vaxx so your employees, if vaxx should be safe theoretically & the ones you will be protecting are the unvaxx patrons of your business.

The world is in the midst of its worst Covid crisis so far. It didn't have to be this way - CNN

"Thomas Bollyky, director of the Global Health Program at the Council on Foreign Relations, said that of the 65 countries China has pledged donations to, all but two are participants in the Belt and Road Initiative, Beijing's multibillion dollar global infrastructure and trade program.

"While I'm glad China is donating, those donations aren't being distributed in the way with the first priority of preventing unnecessary deaths or ending this pandemic as soon as possible," Bollyky said. "They seem to be distributed in the manner that is guided by China's strategic interest."

Another concern is a lack of transparency surrounding the two Chinese vaccines, Bollyky said. Neither Sinopharm nor Sinovac has released the full data from late-stage clinical trials."
