    First 3 days ng symptoms ko, hindi pa C19 ang naisip ko.. Akala ko normal sore throat lang (puro matatamis kasi pinagkakain ko nun, Vday week kasi).. Before pandemic, kapag sinumpong ng sore throat, nakakaramdam ako ng chills pero nakukuha lang ng gargle and linis ng dila kaya hindi na natutuloy sa matinding lagnat.. Kaso 4th day, nawalan ako pang-amoy at panlasa, wala na sore throat ko nun.. Dun ko na naisip na C19, swerte lang talaga kasi hindi ako sumasabay ng kain sa parents ko, less contact din ako sa kanila.. Lagi lang ako sa room ko kaya parang naka isolate na talaga ako from the start palang, wala pa yung symptoms..

    Yung normal na flu, hihina panlasa mo and pang amoy lalo na kung may runny nose, minsan pa nga affected din yung hearing.. Pero yung sa case ko, iba sya kasi wala ako sipon.. nawala sore throat.. tapos ang pakiramdam ko meron bumabara na phlegm sa lalamunan or dibdib, uncomfortable kaya tendency i-uubo ko sya ng pilit.. pero wala ako mailabas na phlegm.. minsan makati, halos magkanda suka pa ako kakaubo pero wala mailabas na phlegm.. Kapag nagsasalita pati ako, hindi ko matatapos sentence ko kakati siya iuubo ko ng onti.. Hindi kayang tiisin, kelangan iubo kahit saktong ubo lang para mawala lang yung kati.. buti talaga napagaling ako nung Robitussin cough syrup and feeling ko yung Betadine gargle malaki din naitulong nun..
    Btw, one thing na ginawa ko na hindi ko ginagawa sa normal flu.. Naliligo ako kahit masama pakiramdam ko, feeling ko kasi magbi-build up yung virus sa environment kapag di ako maligo.. Not sure if nakatulong din yun..

    sinabi lang na nagka-surge sila after the loosened restrictions at the beginning of 2021

    and when a lot of people get infected the virus will have opportunity to come up with variants than can make vaccines ineffective

    Re: Chile maganda sana kung may info on number of hospitalizations per 100 confirmed cases. Kung bumaba vs before that means Sinovac is working.

    I heard that coughing also... like wala pang isang minute, cough na ulit... weird pala yung wala kang panalasa and amoy... kasi walang flu, colds or sore throat... like you are in normal state pero wala kang lasa and amoy...


    Yung pagliligo, si kags minsan aabotan pa yan ng putok bago maligo... siya siguro yung spreader, nagbubuild sa kanya ang virus... [emoji1787][emoji1787][emoji1787]
