We never had vetoes because of trade balance before and i see no reason to have one now.

Ang daming lopsided trades na sa history ng league natin. I can name at least three. Maybe next year we can implement the Yahoo! voting thingie para may anonymity kasi kakahiya naman sa fellow gms natin.

Unbalanced? Totally! But I respect the decisions of Bai and Jim. Okay ako with the trade.

    Pero note lang ha.

Pag collusion, ibang usapan na yan. I dont want to see anyone selling out their players come playoff time.

    Hehe, dami bang miron...

Kung si Jim ang nagalok, sige... Personally, I'm not siding on either GM's decision, for sure naman pinagisipan ni Jim to, but laki lang kasi sobra discrepancy... Top 5 player kasi si Kobe...

Pero last word ni Commish to... Sakin ok lang in terms of the league's standpoint, both GM's need to catch up in their respective teams...

So just to be clear sa stand ko...

If both parties agree on this deal, then I don't veto... I'm just voicing out that this trade is too one sided in terms of player caliber and ranking.

Also voicing out my opinion, I believe Jim can get more for Kobe than Baron Davis and Mike Miller.

Commish gising na... tama na ang tulog mag trabaho na :bwahaha:

kahit nag kasundo na ba ang both party sa trade deal nila

pwede ba hindi .payagan ng commisioner.

ganon po ba talaga iyon or may rules kayo before mag umpisa ang league

na lahat ng deals ay depende muna approval ng commisioner

    kung one sided or not

    sorry po nag tatanong lang

Boeing: Pag sobrang one-sided automatic veto na yan (ex. Zaza for Tim Duncan ), sa case naman na to its not really that one side, sinasabi lang namin na lugi si Jim in terms of production pero kung ok sa majority go na to.

Commish thanks for approving!!! Don't worry guys walang BAYARAN na nagyari Sa akin well somewhat lugi ako in terms of player ranking at stats pero looking at a team standpoint, I'd rather have players who will balance my team. I think Davis and Miller will do just that. As for Ju. Jones I was really going to drop him pero isinama ko na sya sa trade. (call me crazy pero ganun talaga, una-unahan lang yan).

My third eye is seeing something spectacular coming!! Not from my team though hehehehehehe. Good luck!!!

I'm off to batangas!!!! Enjoy the weekend!!!

well i think mike miller is on the upside i have on the other league and he gives me close to triple double... so a baron davis/mike miller for kobe is ok...collateral damage lang pala si jumaine jones (who now enjoys PT with gwallace out)

    good luck bai and jim...

hey guys...i'm back. came from Salt Lake City so hindi masyadong nakapag-internet. btw i did attend the Jazz-Sonics game - tambak naman...with no real excitement other than a nasty dunk by Shard over Ostertag.

grabe parang relihiyon ang Jazz doon. i told everyone that "Stockton to Malone" meant "Stockton jumped" in tagalog but no one found that funny :hihihi:

eniweys...on to the controversy of the week:

i think the trade is fair. Kobe is on fire right now, but like i've always said - points is only one category. Lacoste boy may win you points almost by himself, but he's very limited in all other categories except FT%, imo. of course, his FG% is really good right now, but he also has the potential to kill you there because he doesn't stop shooting even when he's off.

on the other hand, Mike Miller is contributing in every category except blocks and Diddy has star production in most cats except for horrible %. ultimately, if i took out the names and just looked at the stats, there's no way i could veto this. i also assumed na patapon si Jumaine Jones.

with that said, i probably would have rejected this offer if i was the Kobe owner. but it's jim's right to accept it, and it's really not so bad if everybody's stats stay the same and no one gets injured.

btw, for those who wish to veto anonymously please PM or email me. alam ko nakakahiya minsan, but i will keep your name confidential if you want me to. i'm not in favor of a totally anonymous vote because it allows GM's to just veto if they feel like it, or if they feel that it makes another team better. that's not the purpose of the veto and it's the reason i hate public leagues. with commish approval at least the vetoing party has to provide a reason why they want to veto.
