    They can start by putting a stop to development of residential high-rises. Imagine the number of people inside just one of those buildings, it's like vertically stacking an entire village in the floor area of a parking lot. But the roads leading into and out of the area remain the same.

    Kailangan na ng limit sa pagbenta ng kotse at motorcycles yearly. Hinid pwede iallow car manufacturer maka-quota 500,000 thou per year.

    Kung ako masunod dapat 50thou lang and ang pwede lang bumili yung maayos magdrive like me, maganda record, good citizen. Driving is a priviledge not a right.

    Ang natutuwa lang about cars eh sympre car manufacturer, oil companies, banawe talyer and parts and yung mga feeling schumi.

    the problem with building more elevated roads eh paano kugn lumindol mas mahirap ayusin dami collateral damage, and nakakstress ang madami patche-patche lego like structure. Yung ilalim tinitirhan lang ng squatter. Hindi balance ang yin ang yang sa ganyan.

    simple-simple ng solusyon eh bakit hindi nyo lagyan ng limit car manufacturer. DAmi paetchas eh mga nagfefeeling pa-intellectual pa Etchos!!!!
    how does "surrender an old car before you are allowed to buy a new car" sound ?

    make it expensive to register older vehicles.

    The older the vehicle the more expensive for it to be register and more often

    Basically make it not practical to own old vehicle. Like you need to registered and have it check 2x a year then the older it gets Mas madalas pa.

    Kasi mahirap yata implement yun sapat meron parking space muna bago makabili. Sino mag check nun? Paano kung sa Province bilhin then dito sa manila gagamitin? Eh di ganun din.

    Progressive yun fee mas luma mas Super mahal.

    this should be back-to-back with another law that mandates outright confiscation of older cars a year after non-renewal of registration.
    exempt are "classic" cars (which should be properly legally defined, naman).

    and to be fare to the populace,
    government should come up with a decent and effective public transport system.

    Kasi kung eexcempt classic car eh daya yun. Meron kinikilingan.

    Chaka dadami wastage kung bili ng bili. Eh paano kung maayos pa gamitin, tahimik pa makina mga seldom use car.

    Saan nyo tatapon yung mga luma. Meron ba tayo kagaya sa 1st world country na pini-pipi na parang lata.

    Doon muna sa pinakamadali. Just put a limit sa binebenta ng mga ahenteng tigulang.

    Ang basehan is based on edad ng kotse. Eh kung maayos pa sabi mo yun kotse eh di magbayad ka ng mahal sa registration. Pag lagpas 5 years old na 2x a year na dapat I checked then registration ulit pag 10 years old 3x a year then 15byears old 4x a year na.

    Then yun registration fee dapat 20k everytime. [emoji23]

    Pag classic car mahal din dapat and you need to classify it as such para pasok ka sa exemption.

    madami paetchas yung gusto mo. Kokontrahin lang yan ng magaling kumontra. Whats the basis? Year or mileage? Noise or sound? Hindi lahat ng old are the same. And jan papasok yung magagaling mandaya. It will just create pang-gugulang.

    Sa akin napakabasic. Limit the car manufacturer eh konti lang problema ni government, syempre iilan lang kakausapin nila. Oh ikaw honda malakas kang manghype ganito lang pwede mo ibenta. Ikaw naman toyota ang boring ng kotse ganito limit mo....etc

    Tapos papasok pa jan mga tree hugger like me. Saan ko tatapon kotse ko after 10years if ayaw ko magbayad mataas na extension? Eh mmda nga puno na towing area hindi pa nga maiayos parkingan.

    Sinabi na nga na sa edad eh paanoo mo madsdaya yan? Papa botox mo yun kotse?

    How can you limit sale ng kotse eh open market po tayo. Gusot mo bang umalis na lahat ng businesses dito? Kung I limit mo benta ng kotse eh di pwesd din limit benta ng milk tea?

    may mga bagay na pwede mo pakialaman kung pangit na nangyayari.

    Sa milkteh wala naatraso... ay meron pala si starbucks nilalangaw na.

    Yung ibabased mo sa taon eh sa congress pa lang hinid yan papasa. Halos lahat ng pulitiko mga anak ni erap ang tagline.

    Kung gusto umalis car manufacturer eh pwede sila umalis.
