    They will ask naman if you need a hair cap or mask kasi they are aware that some passengers are conscious. So I think using your own helmet will be okay with them.

    Haha so far wala naman ako naexperience na may amoy na helmet. Im also expecting may amoy yung driver pero wala pa din ako na experience. May training ang Angkas eh, its possible tinuturuan sila sa mga hygiene stuff.

    i used a couple of those multi-purpose/position head bands under my helmet and around my face. they're only 170php at decathlon and cheap in department stores as well.

    the helmet that was handed to me for use wasn't stinky naman. they probably do clean and wash those inner linings regularly as part of angkas' rules. but still i suggest wear some sort of cap between your head and the helmet pa din. or as mentioned here before, if you plan to use angkas regularly, get your own helmet instead so you can wear a properly fitted one.

    Di naman yata kinakapitan pag maigsi buhok bro. Pero better pa rin siguro sariling helmet. For hygiene. Yung liner baka may an-an, ringworm or whatever.

    Ang luwag ng EDSA, pati Mall maluwag. Easy grocery. Sa parking lot ang daming bakante. Is it because of Chinese New Year? Does that mean karamihan ng may ari ng kotse at mga shoppers sa mall eh Chinese?

    who knows. may rule kasi or pamahiin diba? don't spend on the "first day" of the year because it would mean puro "labas pera" buong taon mo.

    And this belief spreads not just to fil-chi but also to filipinos who want to follow the same practice. =)

    I do this but only on Jan 1. Makes me think if I should do this on Chinese new year as well I dropped off my Mom at the mall at ang luwag nga ng daan! I am planning on going grocery pa naman later

    Agree with you sir. Even traffic on the side streets around New Manila were unusually heavy yesterday morning, probably due to this S&R opening.
