I have 2 Panasonic multipoint heaters. One is working fine, the other conks out from time to time. I'm not saying Panasonic is not a good buy. But this is anecdotal experience. On the other hand, I've had my 2 Champs (one multi, the other single point) for 7 years and did not have any problems with either of them.
