We have finalized the list of aircon units.
Samsung units were installed for areas that are used less frequently, while Daikin units were installed for rooms that are occupied more regularly. Just outside the Village, there is a Daikin Service Center.

    Ground Floor
    Dining area – Samsung 2.5HP
    Living area – Samsung 2.5HP
    Prayer room – Samsung 1.5HP
    Guest room – Daikin 1.0HP
    Study room – Samsung 1.0HP

    Second Floor
    Family hall – Samsung 2.5HP
    Master bedroom – Daikin 2.0HP
    Bedroom 1 – Daikin 1.0HP
    Bedroom 2 – Daikin 1.0HP

Inverter vs non-inverter A/C efficiency is also a function of how cold you like your rooms. The advantage to inverter is they can vary the speed of the compressor so it's not running full tilt all the time, but anecdotally I have a friend who likes it really cold so palagi naka sagad. In his case a non-inverter A/C ended up being more efficient. (This guy walks around winter in Tokyo in a t-shirt and jeans haha... meanwhile ako naka thermals)

No process is 100% efficient, and with an inverter A/C power gets converted twice. First to DC via a rectifier, then back to AC via the namesake inverter which then drives the compressor. Variability is achieved through this double conversion process.

But if you want your compressor to be running full speed 100% of the time, it's more efficient not to do any conversion at all.

but even w/ losses from the ac-to-dc and then dc-to-ac conversions the brushless DC (BLDC) motor is still more efficient than the AC induction motor in a non-inverter aircon, both running at full tilt
