Thanks guys. Mas prefer ko talaga mitsubishi dahil heavy duty/industrial type sya meaning tatagal talaga sya. Thanks.

I think mitsu is good.
    .
Maraming happy customer ang panasonic. Upon reading some forum regarding aircon nila.

FYI two kinds of mitsubishi inverter aircon may mitsubishi aircon and mit-air. Medyo mas mura ng konti yung mit air.

For an inverter split type, How often do we need the compressor cleaned?

Every month if possible. No high pressure watwr so the fins dont get bent. Simply running it will dry it in a few minutes.

Daiken, being Japanese, is a good brand, and Kolin, being non-Japanese, is not of equal stature. But I have a Daiken and it's giving me headaches, whereas my Kolin has performed flawlessly. I guess nagkakatalo na lang sa installation. If the installer flops, then your unit, however expensive, will flop as well.
