My take, is that Apple is aggressively going after a competitor whose mobile phones are considered a threat to their iPhone products. Think about it, it only has 4% market share of smartphones in the world, yet it pulls in approximately 50% of total profit that smartphone global sales generates.

IMHO, sa panahon ngaun na kung kaya ibigay ng apple ang hardware + software sa isang device at less than 20k. 17k Lang ipad2 16GB. Parang redundant na Kung may Kumpanya pa sa hardware - Samsung, LG and another company sa software - Android.

kaya nga yan business model na yan bound to fail eh. Dati nga iPod worth 20K, ngaun makabili ka sa 8K na iPod touch pa. so talagang wala ako nakakakita sa future ng Samsung unless they invent their operating system.

Imagine mo libre nga android, eh di wala din accountability yan madale ang data mo kse nga libre eh. Eh sa panahon ngaun very important ang data coz that is practically what you're building for your life now.
