!.6 GHz Quad core, Super AMOLED 5.8" screen, expandable memory to 64 gb w/ 8mp camera...now w/DUAL SIM... But only available in China...
Now that the second-gen Note is finally out of Samsung's precious (and teasing) bag, we're learning more and more about the exorbitant device -- not to say we weren't expecting this to be the case, however. Still, we were rather intrigued by the distinct Galaxy Note II pictured above, which, by the looks it, comes pre-loaded with dual-SIM capabilities, and thus makes this particular unit slightly different than that one unit we played with back at IFA. Although details are still very scarce at the moment, rumor has it the dual-SIM Note will only be available in China and, aside from the slot additions, all other features the famed phablet offers appear to be exactly the same. Feel free to check out the source below for more pics, but don't expect anything too exciting or out of the ordinary -- unless, of course, extra SIM slots are your thing.
Psst...OB...masamang balita...

Windows Phone to become 2nd top mobile OS by 2015, analyst says

MANILA, Philippines — Microsoft’s fledgling mobile platform may not be performing well today, but a local analyst said Windows Phone OS could actually become the second most popular mobile OS in three years’ time.
Citing “recent developments from Microsoft,” Cristina Musngi, research analyst at Canadian research firm XMG Global, suggested that Microsoft’s current 4-percent global share of smartphones could actually surpass iOS’s share by 2015.
“Because of the recent developments from Microsoft, XMG Global forecasts that by 2015, Windows Phone will be the number two OS next to Android,” Musngi said.
Android continues to be the dominant platform today, with a three-year average market share of 39 percent. Apple follows with an 18-percent share, preceding BlackBerry OS with a 13-percent share.
By “recent developments,” Musngi was referring to Microsoft’s latest tack to overhaul the internal code of its mobile OS to ensure seamless interoperability of apps among its PC and tablet flavors.
Microsoft is set to unveil its next-generation operating system, Windows 8, by the end of October, with tablet and phone versions following soon afterwards.
Just recently, the software giant in partnership with Finnish phone brand Nokia unveiled the next fleet of Windows Phone 8-powered phones, headlined by the flagship Nokia Lumia 920 device.
In its analysis, XMG Global highlighted certain features of the upcoming Windows Phone 8, which make it a standout among competitors, such as Microsoft’s proprietary Bing Maps, Microsoft Wallet, and the unique “Live Tiles” user interface.
But despite Windows Phone’s market potential and Android’s apparent dominance, the company refused to name a clear victor in the smartphones race, citing consumer loyalty and taste in picking a mobile platform.
“Different people have different wants and needs. Therefore, one OS will not be able to cater to all tastes. Other than measuring market share, it may not be possible to truly define the winner in this battle of OS,” it explained.

World's "Official" IPhone 5 Promo Video...daw. Fingerprint scanner!
i'm not an apple fan but i'm not sure if MS can do it. will definitely take a vast amount of effort for them to overtake IOS, unless Apple makes a booboo or if google can get the upperhand over apple in court.
By 2015, it will be apple and MS. And then mag-start na ang Avengers computers yun mga computer dun sa Avenger movie.
Android will be dead next year. Symbian was once dominant, pero it was dead in a year, so Ganun Lang yan android. google has no hardware patents, how far can they go if they don't have a 1:1 hardware to support it.

ang advantage ni apple ay meron syang eco system and once you are in that eco system, it's hard to get out, so to speak, kasi hahanapin mo na sya, magiging part na sya ng digital life mo. we can't fully understand that eco system yet because of poor infrastructure in PH.
and may roadmap si apple to achieve that eco system
para lang yan si siri, pag nasanay ka nang may digital assistant ka, mahihirapan ka nang bumalik sa manual mode
