If I may offer some unsolicited advice...

1. Get a screen capture or printout of what is allegedly your account details. Photocopy your billing statement indicating your correct account details.

2. Write a letter of complaint to the National Telecommunications Commission since you are a paying subscriber, yet the service promised to be provided (DSL internet) by PLDT is being denied or withheld. Ask that PLDT's registration as a Value-Added Services provider be suspended in view of a fraud being committed against its subscribers.

3. Provide a copy of your complaint letter to the DTI.

4. Wait for the PLDT people to come to you begging for a settlement.
