same number pa ba ng telephone nakakonek yung DSL mo sir. baka pati yung line napagpalit ng technician, baka ibang line na yang gamit mo?
try mo kaya reset / restart / transfer sa ibang line ung modem, then balik uli sa original.
Baka they're upgrading the lines in your region to their fibre optics.

If I may offer some unsolicited advice...
1. Get a screen capture or printout of what is allegedly your account details. Photocopy your billing statement indicating your correct account details.
2. Write a letter of complaint to the National Telecommunications Commission since you are a paying subscriber, yet the service promised to be provided (DSL internet) by PLDT is being denied or withheld. Ask that PLDT's registration as a Value-Added Services provider be suspended in view of a fraud being committed against its subscribers.
3. Provide a copy of your complaint letter to the DTI.
4. Wait for the PLDT people to come to you begging for a settlement.

sir, pag nakipagusap ka sa phone, kunin mo whole name nya. usually effective to sakin e. para matakot na ireport name nila kung hindi magawa. pag nakalimutan ko hingin pangalan, paasa lang ginagawa
Puwede kasi nagkapalit kayo ng line when they were doing a maintenance. Nangyayari kasi yan. Yung downtime mo, irecord mo kung gaano katagal na nawalan ka, puwede ibawas yan sa babayaran mo sa next bill. Sabihin mo isusumbong mo sila sa DTI kapag walang bawas sa monthly bill.
Nangyari din sakin to pero sa Bayan DSL.. Nag babayad ako pero sa ibang account kinredit bayad ko so lumabas di pa ko bayad kaya dinisconnect DSL ko. Na correct naman kaagaad after nung pumunta ako sa mall branch nila. Pag uwi ko ng bahay activated na ulit DSL ko
Best is to go to a PLDT office mismo rather doing it by phone. Bring a letter and all pertinent papers regarding your account with you. Dealing over the phone won't get you anywhere.
Madalas ko na encounter ang late billing naman ng pldt ung billing statement dumadating after payment due date.![]()
