I was about to say that. TIngin ko mas me mangyayari sa complaint ni TS kung derecho siya magpunta ng PLDT office than thru phone. Seldom na me mabuting nangyayari thru these call centers. More like they just act like a buffer between the customer and the company. Like instead of you bugging their staff and officers thru phone, you have these agents as dedicated shields.
