I was about to say that. TIngin ko mas me mangyayari sa complaint ni TS kung derecho siya magpunta ng PLDT office than thru phone. Seldom na me mabuting nangyayari thru these call centers. More like they just act like a buffer between the customer and the company. Like instead of you bugging their staff and officers thru phone, you have these agents as dedicated shields.

nag pa cut ako dati ng pldt sim landline kasi minsan ko na nga lang gamitin lagi pa akong hindi maka-connect,
4months na, bini-bill pa din ako kahit cut na yun, so i went to the business center and that day mismo, inayos.

Jeoff derecho ka na nga lang sa PLDT office. Puro palusot lang makukuha mo sa call center.

ganyan nga ang PLDT, gagawin lang ng 171 0 173 (call center) eh gagawan ko po ng technical report at ibibigay sa concern people (pero ayaw ibigay name ng people), ireremote nila ang modem mo with in 24 hrs pero wala namang nangyayari at walang pumupunta sa area nyo para ayusin kung may sira ang linew/wires. Mga kupal kasi taga PLDT pero pag dika nakabayad, mabilis pa sa alas 6 malamang wala ka na connection

January 22nd, 2013 11:26 AM #25This is what we get when there is a monopoly. Back to older times, 80s, na hirap magkalinya lalo or magpaservice. Hope di to mangyari pag na monopolize completely na ng PLDt group ang cellular or mobile phone service.
PLDT call centers, yata, kasi is outsourced service.

Same telephone number pa rin sir pag tinatawagan ko yung isa ok naman.
Sir 1hr. drive pa yung pinakamalapit na opisina nila running at 80-90kph
matagal ng fiber optic sir since nag-operate sila dito

Ako hindi na dinedeliver sa bahay. 1 taon na ito...panay punta na ako sa office nila para magbayad. Nagreklamo na ako sa opisina nila excuse nila lagi yung delivery boy daw. Sabi ko nga hindi ako late nagbabayad tapos hindi ko na nga pinapalit yung sirang telepono na binigay sa akin tapos ganito yung mangyayari?! Gusto ko sana magpalit pero maganda service sa internet at phone. Yung bill delivery lang palpak sa akin.
