    Sir Boybi, kamusta na problem mo sa Corporate/Enterprise Account nyo sa Sun/Smart?
    Update kita dahil nagandahan ako sa Customer Service ng Globe [emoji41].
    Ito yung timeline sa quick summary:
    Wed April 27 - Nag-request ako ng termination sa GlobeOne Mobile App.
    Wala ako agad natanggap na response, automated acknowledgement lang sa email. Para sure, nag-punta ako physical branch.
    Sat April 30 - Physical Branch, di nila na-solve issue ko dahil Enterprise/Corporate Account pala. Assigned Account Manager pala dapat ng company.
    Tue May 3 - Naka-receive ako ng email na meron na TicketID yung report ko, then start na ng exchange emails namin for account verification and confirmation nung request.
    Pagkatapos ng labing dalawang palitan ng email..
    Thu May 5 - Disconnected na ang number ko.
    Total = 6 Business Days lang, tapos na yung Disconnection process.
    Naghihintay na lang ako ngayon ng final bill para mabayaran ko kung meron ba ako naiwan pa na dapat bayaran..

    Plano ko pala sana ilipat sya sa personal account (TROW = TRansfer of OWnership) kaso binigyan ako ng mahabang listahan ng requirements.. [emoji28] Pina-disconnect ko na lang..
    Slight, nainis ako sa mahabang requirements.. Kung TROW, dapat ID na lang at proof of billing address.. Yung ibang requirements parang over na.. Wala naman mababago kundi yung Account Type lang at billing address (from company address to personal address).. Anyway, hindi na din importante yung rant ko.. Pina-disconnect ko na lang ang bilis pa!! Meron naman ako SMART Postpaid, ito talaga yung ginagamit ko dahil ang lakas ng signal dito sa amin ng Smart (back up internet ko sa work in case of emergency) ..

    Wala pa din. More than 1 month na. Almost every day followup staff ko. I don’t know anong klaseng incompetence nangyayari sa Smart.

    T*ng1na talaga etong Smart. Wala na nagrereply sa mga emails. Naka advance pa kami ng monthly for several lines. Ang problema dito kung pabayaan namin disconnected mga lines baka singilin pa kami ng monthly pag naubos na advance namin!

    Saklap naman Sir Boybi (dama ko frustration nyo, abot hanggang Taytay, Rizal).. Nakaka-bad trip naman yan..
    Lipat na kayo Globe kapag na-settle nyo na yung sa Smart/Sun nyo.. Pinaka-ok talaga yung customer service ng Globe kapag may issue..

    Nag-renew lang ako ng postpaid plan this year sa Smart.. Kaunti pa kasi option sa mga phones na may 5G (parang hindi pa sulit, mahal na di ko pa type itsura)..
    Ok na din 12 months lang, pwede na uli mag-renew baka next year magiging common na 5G phones and mag-improve na din yung postpaid plans nila for 5G..
    Try ko upload screenshot ng before and after ng plan renewal..

    Yung data from 5GB naging 20GB,
    dati 50mins free call lang ako, ngayon unli call na sa lahat ng network kasama na din any landlines, plus may discount ako sa Netflix na ₱149 (dati wala)..

    Yup, plan lang walang phone pero 12 months ang lock in at monthly payment ko ₱999.. Kapag may kasama device, 24 months lock in..
    Mag-3 years na Oppo Reno2 ko sa November [emoji2956].. Nakakatuwa, sulit!!
    8GB RAM, yung internal storage ko 134GB pa available out of 256GB.. At lahat screen, walang istorbo na selfie cam..

    Plan 999 lang din ako sa Globe.. hindi din ako nagpalit nang phone kasi puro out of stock.. dapat yung realme 8 5G.. kaso ang tagal wala stock.. so kinuha ko yung Gcash option na 8K.. locked in pa din nang 2 years..

    pero ok ang smart.. 20GB ang data.. sa globe 5GB lang yung plan 999.

    i've been loyal to my smart plan 500 for more than 10 years now.

    someone i know, did avail of the "discounted phone promo" for loyalty, but found out na hindi niya ma-gamit.
    it's smart SIM-locked, and the owner has a GOMO by the competition, as the second simcard...

    the last bill I paid on my Globe says.. Bill 259.. so that's 21.5 years..

    when I got my number sa globe, pwede pa ipa customized non.. so yung landline ko sa office same sa globe number ko.. with 0917 in front..

    Dual Sim din yung phone ko Doc D, hindi ako kumukuha ng hindi dual sim na phone dahil sa work..
    Main sim lang ang naka-lock in sa Smart, 2nd sim ko dati for work Globe naman at gumagana..

    my smart sim is for my regular activities of talking and texting.
    i got a gomo for my other activities. zoom, viber, data plan, etc.
    also, the gomo comes in handy for places that do not have good smart signal, which was the main reason why i got gomo in the first place. that it had other uses, was a godsend that i swiftly embraced.

    I think missX has a sim only plan. Yours is not. Globe has sim only 999 too and have same package as smart, 20gb, unli text and calls.

    Ang maganda lang smart eh may rollover next month yung natitira mo data. I think same plan kami ni missX sa smart. I rarely go out kaya ngayon I still have 37gb on my plan. The 17gb will expire tonight month end and the 20gb will rollover to next month. Dami ko nasasayang na data every month. [emoji17]

    Sa globe yata may conversion ng GB to points.

    Dapat bill no. 300++ na ako but I switched to a corporate plan with same mobile number a couple of years ago.

    Yes, pwede mamili ng number dati, kaya buong family namin similar ang numbers.

    Pwede pa din naman mamili ngayon, depende lang sa paraan ng pakikipag usap sa taga Globe at Smart.

    Yung 2 postpaid number namin na kinuha last year nakuha namon yung buong 7 digit. Swerte kasi yung unang 3 numero avaiable, pero yung huling apat madalas makukuha mo naman

    Lagi sinasabi system generated ang mga numbers ngayon.

    Although nung nag apply ako Sun 5yrs ago, nakuha ko same number as my globe number.

    When was this? May 09175 and 09178 pa kaya na available. I wonder kung available pa number ni Mommy na pinacut namin around 20 yrs ago kasi similar kami ng number

    yes sa globe pag sim only.. yung plan 999 nasa 20GB.. pero yung sa smart kasi may device na yung plan 999 diba? di lang kumuha si missx..
