    So aalisin na pala ng smart ang unlimited calls sa ibang smart numbers.


    Pwede ba yun kung ang pinirmahan mo sa subscription contract mo eh unlimited on net calls?

    Shouldn’t be. Call up their hotline for clarification. Validate also if that message is legit.

    Baka “wrong send”, which has happened I think a couple of times na with Globe, followed by a profuse apology SMS later.

    Hope this isn't true. I have the same plan and got the same message. Still use voice calls in a lot of areas with bad data signal.

    Survival mode. Meron fine print sa contract that they can changed it unilaterally.

    Pwede i-contest kasi unilateral at hindi na-explain nga mabuti. Tawag dyan unconscionability in adhesion contracts.

    Problem is when they explain it to you after you complain, next time you are considered forewarned so either you stick to your plan or upgrade to fit your needs.

    Got that message too.

    So calls to landline hindi na pasok dun sa free minutes allotted? Or will fall pa din doon?

    Andami ko free minutes if they will charge calls to landline aba sayang yun

    tinigil narin nila yun GIGA for prepaid. mano mano mo na gagawin yun *123# dial in.
    sayang nasa 26gb na yun naipon data. naka auto send kasi every 6 days sakin yun giga99 noon.

    Naka plan 2000 ako sa Smart . (sim only) unli data at unli call to all network pero may nag email sakin last week. Remain pa din yung unli call to all network kaso yung unli data aalisin di ko alam kung sa mga new apply lang to or kasama ang existing plan. 20200717_083151.jpg

    Ang tagal na ng "no landline + internet speed" issue ko sa Globe. Nakakalungkot dahil sa pandemic pumangit yung customer service nila. Never ko pa na experience ito sa 10+ years ko na subscription sa kanila. Hindi ako nagbayad last month para lang may mag contact sakin. No answer kasi sa dami na ng report ko sa physical store, using 2 mobile apps and fb messenger (unavailable customer service nila via call). Kaso nung may pumansin na sakin disconnection agad [emoji28] buti na lang na-save ata ako ni bagyong Rolly hindi naman ako naputulan. Nagka-chance pa ako ilakad yung rebate..

    EDIT: mali atang topic yung post ko pang mobile plans pala ito. [emoji28]

    Talking about rebate, nag overpay pala ako sa globe BB ko nung magpa terminate ako. I am wondering how I can get a refund, wala na akong globe account except for Gcash. Anyone have the same case and was able to refund?

    At least you are talking to a real person, messenger nga lang. I'm getting sick and tired of talking to bots, both sa phone and messenger. Lahat ng services, banko, Meralco, Globe, pldt. Lahat bots. If you want a human CSR to talk to you need to go to their store pa. Which is dangerous and time consuming.

    So far ok naman ako sa Globe. When I report an issue via their app tinatawagan ako agad on the first day of the appointment. When I called to complain about a lost connection may CSR naman agad. I guess kelangan within office hours.

    Yung huling punta ko sa physical store bago yang rebate.. Wala silang mabigay na option gawa nung "permit issue". Yung main box kasi nasa loob ng subdivision na binawalan yung Globe Tech na papasukin. Galit ang HOA President, saklap. Ako na nag offer na mag-upgrade na ako ng Fiber Plan na higher rate kahit over na sa need ko (tapos di pa ma keep yung 10+yrs old landline ko na nakakalungkot), matapos lang ang stress ko. Ang hirap mag hintay sa wala. Pero yung request ko for installation, wala din nangyari.

    Minsan talaga ata depende sa area. May problema talaga sa permit yung area ko di nila magawa. [emoji58] Gustong-gusto ko yung Customer Service talaga ng Globe and automatic rebate pa basta may report. Na-timing lang talaga issue ko sa new normal. Dahil sa permit na yan, nag apply na tuloy ako sa PLDT na nakakatakot gawa ng 36 months lock in period eh kilala dito sa area namin na di ok customer service. Sana hindi ako mapasubo sa mas malalang sitwasyon.

    GOOD NEWS, na apply na yung 1 month rebate [emoji41] kaya di na masama loob ko kay Globe. Kahit nga half lang ok na ako, natuwa naman ako na 1 month wala ako babayaran.

    Good news yan missek! Pero badtrip pa rin yung HOA hehe. Kasama siguro yan sa Samahan ng Flat Earthers and Anti-Vaxxers na Takot sa 5g (Tulad ng Isang Mamahaling Village Dyan sa Makati).

    So far la naman problema sa village namin thankfully. Patong-patong na nga main cables ng Converge at PLDT sa kanto sabay-sabay nag layout ng linya. Sabi ng suki kong tech team within 2 or 3 months daw Globe naman. Sana nga I can keep the landline number. Dali kasing tandaan nakachamba kami.
