AFAIK, Pentium II are slot 1 processors, and Pentium III are generally Socket 370 processors, but i think there are some early generation PIIIs that are still slot 1 types. So if you're upgrading to a socket 370 type, u have to replace your motherboard. And if your planning to do that, i suggest you get a socket 478 board na lang para you can upgrade easily later if u decide to go P-IV.
