PK: try to install from the cd-drives or boot from the cd theres always a china version in full retail copies bootable to optical drives.=)

If theres no problem in your OS, try not to upgrade to Service Packs.Some of my peers installes SP1 and 2 and they sure experience lag in their systems.Just my 2 cents.
