FrankD:: wahahah!!! :D Lalo mo nilito si GlennSter! :D :D :D
UTP:: Unshielded Twisted Pair.... in short, kable. Comes in several flavors (of speed). RJ45 naman is the terminator for the said cable, in layman's terms, jack ito. :D
Pagawa ka na lang sa merong net cafe. wala na akong crimper e. igagawa sana kita. :D
anyone have an idea which nForce2-400 (basta yung pinaka bagong stepping with support for 200 MHz DDR FSBs) mobos are available locally, where, and how much? thanks...
ano difference ng Epox 8RDA3+ at Epox 8RDA+ Rev. 2? pareho ba silang nF2-400?
newbie13:: Ganda ng image quality, but not as powerful as i expected. Coming from my GF2 GTS, good upgrade naman. Yup, its red. Its a good thing i got the golden sample. imagine, 100 bucks lang difference niya sa ordinary, and by default, overclocked na siya. :D
Cool yan hehe...ganda lagyan mo ng cathode.
Ill stick with GFTi4200 ko muna pag me pera, will try to buy
Sapphire Radeon 9600 Pro 128MB DDR TV P9,550 pa eh asteeg daw to sa OC e,pag medyo mababa na..or ito cguro
Gainward Ultra/700 DT GeForce4 Ti4400 128MB DDR TV/DVI P6,150 pa ang latest price..no need to mod the fan.
the upcoming 8rda+ rev 2.0 still uses the mcp-t southbridge chipset kaya meron parin yung soundstorm audio ( this is much better than the sound chipset used on the 8rda3+)
"EPoX messed up a couple of things if you ask me.
First off one the of biggest advantages nForce 2 boards have over KT400 is the on-board sound ( Soundstorm ). It has both a lower CPU utilization then the C-Media chipset and is more feature rich. Note that it has lower a CPU utilization" ...just my 2 cents...from my friends
Oks lang sup, hindi ko na bebenta coz i just installed new drivers and humaharurot na ngayon! Bang for the buck tala FX5200. Make sure you get the "Golden Sample" series. Overclocked by default. The good thing about the FX series is that it's DX9 compliant. :D
Newbie13:: Astigs talaga RAdeon series! Fastest talaga! My only gripe against them is their lack of DX9 compliance. The FX series is a better investment in the long run IMO.
For your money i'd rather get a good Gainward FX5600Ultra, kaso wala pa atang available. Or better yet, why not an FX5800. Astig ang itsura!!! Kelangan May vacant PCI slot for the fan! hehehe
sup:: GF4 is faster than the FX series. Kaso, mas maraming features and rendering tricks ang FX series. Mas maganda image quality. Plus, its DirectX 9 compliant. Yung GF4 DirectX 8.1 lang. Mas future proof ang FX series. Kung kaya ng budget pre, kuha ka ng FX5600 Ultra based vidcard. Fast and Maganda ang 3d images! :D
Redhorse:: How much po budget for the vidcard, para maganda ma-recommend ko? Im not really well versed with flat screens
IMHO after consulting other pc gurus,Inno3D's FX 5200's advantage is its price, but is severely crippled by its 64-bit memory bus.
When considering things at a wider perspective, the GeForceFX 5200 seems to be lost. While it is a good value card, it faces stiff competition from the Radeon 9100. While the FX 5200 cards boast of DX9-features, its speed for the current games probably won't be able to run the "newer" games. As much as people would want a DX9-ready card, the FX 5200 isn't a very good option for that.
newbie13:: xactly pre! :D being a budget card, talagang di powerful yung FX5200. But the images are great! :D What can you say about the FX5600 Ultra?
redhorse:: sir di po ako gumagamit ng dvi eh hehe :D But with your budget of 12k, malufet na vidcard na mabibili nyo. You have to first decide if youre going nVidia or ATI. At the moment, ATI Radeons are faster than their nVidia Counterparts. But like, newbie and i were discussing. DX9 compliant na ang GeForce FX series. Since you have a big budget for the card, i suggest you go for a good FX5600 Ultra card. :D Any other suggestions peeps?
