IMHO after consulting other pc gurus,Inno3D's FX 5200's advantage is its price, but is severely crippled by its 64-bit memory bus.

When considering things at a wider perspective, the GeForceFX 5200 seems to be lost. While it is a good value card, it faces stiff competition from the Radeon 9100. While the FX 5200 cards boast of DX9-features, its speed for the current games probably won't be able to run the "newer" games. As much as people would want a DX9-ready card, the FX 5200 isn't a very good option for that.

Radeon 9500 Pro - 277/540 | 285/300
Radeon 9100 - 250/460 | 270/560
Gainward GeForceFX 5200 Golden Sample - 250/400(NVIDIA spec), 260/440 (enhanced mode) | 400/600

If your mobos got the 8x slot but redeon,
if its the price, buy the GF4 wag lang Inno brand (warning)....
