assuming US bond yields will keep rising money that left the US searching for yield will flow back to the US

so how does that affect the Phils you may ask

well, foreign funds will sell their holdings of Phil. stocks and bonds

the dollar index rose from under 93, climbed slowly, broke 94, then ran out of momentum

the dollar is more sensitive to ECB action (driving euro strength) than Fed action and US tax reform
