any information about dun sa bloomberg 1-year valuation? yun kasi daw yung basis nung interest rate pala namin. di ko magets kung ano to eh

Philippine Economy Talk

    1 year valuation?

i dunno what Bloomberg is valuing in relation to interest rate

    valuation ng PHP against USD?

nasa all time low ngayon ang interest rate dahil kailangan suportahan ang economy (make money cheap para encourage borrowing and spending)

kung gagalawin man baka pababa pa

kung creditworthy ka naman i guess they'll give you low rate

Bale kasi pera namin yan 10% kaltas sa sahod, tapos may 1-time interest, tapos nakatago nalang siya dun. Pwede namin ilabas through loan, withdrawal (pero di lahat), or pag nag-resign na.

If you lock the 3.8% rate now, pwede ba 5 years loan na 3.8% ang rate? Or mag aadjust next year?

It already happened with me - my year 1 interest rate was only 4.75%. Pagdating ng year 2 naging 8%. Had a long nego with the bank but nababa lang nila to 6.88% for 5 years.

Every 6 months daw ang rate adjustment, if that's what he meant by recast.
