Cochrane noted the Philippines and India are the least committed to fiscal stimulus despite being the hardest hit economies by the pandemic and the lengthy and strict quarantine policies.

He said the Philippines also lags in the procurement process while major countries in the region have already secured COVID-19 vaccines from manufacturers.

“An important exception is the Philippines, which has made little progress so far,” he said.

mahina ba negoyso ngayon january. Parang ECQ ng 11pm sa aurora blvd. TApos sa uno roosevelt station eh walang pila sa kalsada as in no taxi but meron nagpapagaso sa loob, all inside thier property.

Tapos si ever supermarket q.ave ayaw pa mag24hours. Wala kasi hostess, lasenggo, drag queens, ladyboys, Nawala yung market nya ng madaling-araw.

pumunta ako UPdiliman para magunwind sa open field eh sarado pala nubayan.

Sa capitols commons sinasarado ba gate? Baka jan ako uupo sa bench tapos iinom ng milkteh.

Ngayon naranasan ng pinas covid, How important is open space parks na dati ko pa pinupush hello?????

Nagkakaron na talaga ng mass exodus from Makati. Even our company had to give up our Makati office in 2019 and move everyone to BGC because rent in Makati was too high. But then I still consider BGC as Makati so no issue for me hehe

If only every one would follow the basic health protocols, we won't need to lockdown our economy.

As usual, ningas cogon ang mga Pinoy.

Naging lax ang pag implement ng mga protocols after a while. Kung sana nagkalat ng protocol marshals around the country, especially sa crowded places like malls and markets, ensuring people wear their masks and distance themselves from others, then greatly decreased ang virus transmission. Tuloy ang economy, tuloy lang ang paglabas ng mga tao.

That's the problem kaya hinde ma open talaga dahil you can't trust people to follow yun protocols.

Just how badly it looks compared to other Asian countries... Can't say kasalanan ng COVID since Indonesia and India are worst off than us.

    i agree.
we don't need new laws, to go forward.
we need only to conscientiously follow current ones.

Puwede din tigngan na dahil matindi ang lockdown kaya hindi tayo kasing lala ng India at Indonesia na pumili sa mas open economy.

Pero iyon nga puwede naman both economy at health kung strict ang pagsunod. Hindi kailangan pumili either or.

Ma implement din sana nationwide ang QR codes para mas madali tracing. Hindi kailangan smart phone, print at laminate lang.
