Sad to see chinatowns bestfood already closed I mean it already there when im still a kid and it is the go to buffet restaurant before. Aren't buffet / dine-in restaurant allowed now in gcq? I think that is the only restaurant in banawe that has long queue.

I referred my financial advisor friend to my officemate who is quite knowledgeable on financial products, when my officemate asked about the nitty gritty wala daw naisagot financial advisor friend ko. Similar to others who are into sales, it is expected that they should know at least the insurance products that they sell to be able to recommend the type of insurance appropriate to the needs of their target client. Pag un mismo hindi nila alam, e ibang usapan na yun.

kung mag tataas ng interest rate ang bangko sentral next year i'm going to say with 100% certainty NO

sa sobra bagsak ng economy natin malabo mag tighten ng monetary policy ang bangko sentral

taon aabutin ang recovery natin

kung may reason magtaas ng interest rate ang bangko sentral yan ay kung magkaroon ng runaway inflation
