    I will never forget this resto kasi back in college, a guy I dated who knew good food told me we'd go there. It's so sad when decades old restaurant closes. This is one of the few places in the North na alam ko...

    This is so sad. We were introduced to The Chocolate Kiss in July 2013. Since then we would visit this resto at least once a month. Our last visit was in December 2019 when my sister came from the province.

    I like their iced tea kasi they give honey as sweetener. It's one of the few restos in the North na napuntahan ko. Sana nga mag reopen lahat ng nagsara.

    Dapat ang alisin yung mga pinag-kakagastusan na hindi naman kailangan. Yung mga overpriced PPEs, etc.

    Ayaw lang talaga gumastos ng gobyerno para sa ayuda. Most likely sa build build build mapupunta yung natirang pondo sa covid war chest. That's what Duterte's economic managers and allies are so concerned about. Ayaw nilang maantala yun.

    Bottom line is our economy needs gov't spending

    coz the private sector ain't gonna spend

    everyone's cutting capex

    cannot rely on private sector

    Gov't needs to fill the vacuum left by the private sector
