    The January 2019 excise tax was supposed to be suspended na nga pero sunod sunod ang rollback so tinuloy nalang kasi the thinking is bumaba naman na ang fuel prices so di na masyado maramdaman ang P2.00 increase

    Akala nila di na tataas ang oil price

    It's dumb to believe oil prices would keep falling

    ^anything you impose on fuel mararamdaman ng tao kasi lahat ng bagay sa ekonomiya hindi gagalaw kung walang pangatong

    Hindi makakahuli ng isda kung walang pangatong ang mangingisda. At kapag nakahuli na ng isda ang mangingisda sa laot kailangan nyang makabalik sa pampang para maibenta ang huli nila. Mas malakas sumunog ng gatong ang loaded na bangka

    Oil yesterday traded even went higher... with the excise tax it's almost 4 petot for diesel.

    my point is dapat di nila binawi ang suspension ng Jan2019 excise tax

    in Q4 2018 sinasabi nila i-su-suspend daw

    pero noong nakita nila bumaba ang presyo ng langis binawa nila ang suspension

    ang mali nila they were too confident oil price will keep falling

    ^my point is kahit anong dagdag sa presyo ng langis kahit tax imposed or currency fluctuation or world market fluctuation may tama sa taong bayan sapagkat PASS ON lang lahat yan sa mga CONSUMERS

    so malaking sakripisyo yan sa mamamayan

    Ang pagtaas ng presyo ng crude oil wala sa control ng gobyerno pero ang tax meron

    Dapat tinuloy ang suspension ng excise tax

    Alam ko kapag nag hover sa above 80$ per barrel ang crude oil sa world market tsaka lang nila i-suspend ang excise fuel tax sa train2. Nagkataon naman the whole month ng december puro baba ang presyo

    $80 for 3 consecutive months

    pero kahit wala pa, na-pressure na ang gobyerno i-suspend ang 2019 excise tax

    kaya nga may balita na i-su-suspend

    baket nawala ung suspension?

    kasi bumaba ang presyo ng langis

    sunod sunod ang rollback

    so ang inisip ng gobyerno since bumaba na ang fuel prices pwede na ituloy ang 2019 excise tax

    akala ng goberno hindi na tataas ang presyo ng langis

    Sinuspend na nila yan nung October - November 2018. Kasi nga above 80$ na ang per barrel ng crude oil. Eh nung december every week may bawas kaya ayun tuloy uli ang fuel excise tax under train2.

    and another thing... dapat 3 consecutive months na $80

    Sorry for the confusion. I was referring to the 2nd package of fuel excise tax that will happen in January 2019. Yun ang sinuspend nila. At first akala ko din yung 1st package.

    Balewala din naman ung announcement nila na i-sususpend kung tinuloy man nila o hindi. Kasi hindi pa in effect un at that time. Yun ang nakaka dissapoint.
