do what you gotta do so you can do what you wanna do
I've been filling up from non-Big3 eversince, for the last 10+ years na ata with no problem.

Petron has almost 50% share of the wholesale market because they have excess capacity at their Bataan refinery which they sell to independent players.
Also, kalokohan yang walang ethanol. DOE requires ALL fuel with 98 RON and below to have ethanol. Kung walang ethanol yan edi smuggled yan. Saan ba yan nang mai-report ko. [emoji23]
[emoji23]

Yes, most probably smuggled nga. Nakita ko naka display sa lobby nila yung cheque(not the original huh). Their office is at Ortigas(clue).
I have a couple of friends who work for the small players, one of them tagabigay ng pera sa BOC.
Kaya naniniwala aq na walang ethanol yung sa small players, not all though. That's one option to lower their prices din kasi.

yung effectivity ba ng 2nd tranche ng TRAIN Law tax is Jan 1 talaga or until stocks last ?
Nagpa full tank na ako! Just after the latest price rollback yesterday, at my suki neighborhood Seaoil. P32.20/L for diesel! According to my records, it is already lower than the same time last year in the same station by P0.10/L despite the TRAIN tax.
