Not referring to TRAIN. It's EO 113 that Pdoots signed last May 2, 2020.

Also, refineries stop operating this May due to low fuel prices, so we are now using more imported fuels.

sumabay ung pagtaas ng crude oil price sa bagong (covid) tax ni d30 kaya malaki ang price hike sa retail level
hindi lang yan effect ng covid tax
wala naman duda tumaas ang presyo ng langis you only have to look at Brent
to say that this pump price hike is caused only by a domestic factor (ung covid tax) you're totally ignoring crude oil price movement sa labas ng Pinas
Did i say that it is only because of the covid tax? I answered his post where he said the 2nd tranche of train law was last january and that theremis no blame on pduts.
I'll put it here again, for those who have very short memories. Sabi niya,
"Stop it. We hate Pdoots but that price increase has no connection whatsoever to the TRAIN law. Naapply na yung 2nd tranche earlier this year. Hindi na yan yun."
Maliwanag ba? Hindi daw train law. He is not aware of the recent 10% additional surcharge on petroleum products.
Never did i said it was just covid tax. I said there is a new 10% tax levied by du30. I never said there are no other factors.
Ako pa hindi aware sa movement the brent and wti eh i work in the undustry.
And for you not to have a hard time backreading, here is the post from stan that he answered.
