    First wave of crude price drop because of shale. It is minor. Oil market talks are shale and more shale.

    Is this related to the adjusted fuel tax plan? As far as I know its in the pipeline, but its not yet finalized and it needs time to implement.

    I got my card at caltex edsa makati for 18pesos. It saves me 2 pesos per liter.

    Analysts and other sources say 53$ average for 2017. The gainers already took home the billions when they gambled on the combined cut. Now its just watching the glut vs cut game. Im looking at the US dollar though.
