pwede naman lakihan yun design ng barcoded sticker na ikakapit sa winshield.
at dapat lahat ng TE ay may portable scanner na hawak for validation purposes.
agree ako na mas madaling pekehin pag walang security features ang mga plaka pero kahit meron yan kung talagang gagamitin sa masama ay hindi rin mapipigilan ang mga masasamang tao.
