It seems that festive atmosphere as soon as MyPres Du30 arrives in Laos. Unfazed ang mga tao sa social media backlash.

    They still love him more.

He probably scored points with the NObama crowd here, assuming they're watching. It's not even on the local news.

He had it coming. At least napahiya siya for all the world to see. He needed to learn the hard way that his crass attitude is not acceptable in the world stage.

On the contrary, lot of countries are becoming interested more about him after this. Yes, they're not commenting but they're not dissing either.

This is something that you all should know, people in social media are more interested with colorful personalities than predictable ones,

Just some unsolicited advice to D30 and his handlers since I was able to watch that entire presscon: it's infinitely easier to cuss out the reporter who baited you into commenting than to blurt out something (i.e. diplomatic gaffe) which your entire team has to "interpret" or apologize for later on.

Naawa ako sa PR department niya... always cleaning up his mess.

Duterte regrets 'strong comments,' meeting with Obama reset

'While the immediate cause was my strong comments to certain press questions that elicited concern and distress we also regret it came across as a personal attack on the US president,' says President Rodrigo Duterte...

Duterte also blamed media reports for his “strong comments” against Obama over extrajudicial killings.

“President Duterte explained that the press reports that President Obama would lecture him on extrajudicial killings led to his strong comments, which in turn elicited concern. He regrets that his remarks to the press have caused much controversy,” said Palace Communications Secretary Martin Andanar, reading from the statement.

All praise our Socialist leader, Digong.

Who stands up to the socialist Obama.

And curries favor with the neo-capitalist oligarchs in Beijing.

It's these statements that i am wary of though. The rich in general may not be affected, but the working middle class and lower-middle class will feel this, while they will not benefit directly from the intended use of the additional tax collections.

I guess they need to collect more taxes to offset the pork and presidential funds?
In other words... hollow out the middle class even more than the current global economic recession is already doing.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
