At one point in his interview, Duterte shared that he would never support Marcos Jr. and even accused the latter as a supporter of communist rebels.

OT: Doc, it seems like the glory days of MMC was when it was under Dr Fores? MMC is the closest hospital to us so if a Dr has both TMC and MMC, I go to MMC.

Some time in the 2000s, I told my Lola to stop going to MMC na kasi napabayaan na e. Nagkaron pa yan ng program with Makati City na yellow card holders (charity?) can go there e naging magulo tapos laki ata utang ng Makati LGU (that's what I heard). My Mom's advocacy is public health care kasi. I could still remember when their elevators were not working and I had to take the stairs for several floors and the rooms were not nice anymore. I never went back there UNTIL I had anaphylactic shock in the 2010s (no choice kasi yun ang pinakamalapit) and saw that their service really improved. Nagulat nga ko doc pag dating ko sa ER sobrang dami nag asikaso sakin, kaya maganda na ulit image ng MMC I don't know if because that was a slow day pero twice na ko na ER for allergy and I was treated very well at MMC

When the Asian Hospital started operating, it became the standard of how a hospital should be, back in the ‘90s. It looked so different from all the other hospitals then. St. Luke’s followed suit then MMC & Medical City.

My Uncle is from Alabang and he passed away 1999 sa MMC pa saka yung bypass ng Dad ko si Dr Jorge Garcia, sa Philippine Heart Center, hindi sa Asian. What I won't forget ang mahal ng fee niya kasi IIRC he's from the US and you pay for that premium na he will operate here.
