The engine alone runs good but i noticed that intermittently, the whole engine vibrates. This is quite noticeable at idling speeds. Is it caused by misfiring spark plug/s?

could be one of the reason. pwede rin na nasa A/C system. yung oto ko kasi before is ganun din. tapos may intermitent engine vibration. yun pala barado yung evaporator tsaka yung adjustment valve.

aside from rough idling, are there any other symptoms of misfiring?

ganyan experience ko a few months ago. sira na pala yung isang HT wire ko. replaced it and readjusted the timing. ok na ulit.
madali lang naman i-DIY check eh. just pull the wires one at a time (only one at one time). when you pull a wire and hindi nagpalit (or very minimal lang ang change) ng takbo yung engine, either spark plugs nga yan or yung wire ang problem.
