The engine alone runs good but i noticed that intermittently, the whole engine vibrates. This is quite noticeable at idling speeds. Is it caused by misfiring spark plug/s?

could be one of the reason. pwede rin na nasa A/C system. yung oto ko kasi before is ganun din. tapos may intermitent engine vibration. yun pala barado yung evaporator tsaka yung adjustment valve.

Isn't it that a clogged evaporator causes low cooling?

check your high-tension wires... especially if you are using aftermarket wires. Reinstall your stock wires and check again.

aside from rough idling, are there any other symptoms of misfiring?

ganyan experience ko a few months ago. sira na pala yung isang HT wire ko. replaced it and readjusted the timing. ok na ulit.

madali lang naman i-DIY check eh. just pull the wires one at a time (only one at one time). when you pull a wire and hindi nagpalit (or very minimal lang ang change) ng takbo yung engine, either spark plugs nga yan or yung wire ang problem.

spark plus could be one of the reasons ... pero marami rin nang gagaling and vibrating ...

try mo tingnan kung kailangan linisin yung throttle body ng car mo usually madumi or you can check you air cleaner ...

high tension wire can also be one problem ... but usually pag brittle or my open wires usually and signs na sira siya ... one way to test if your gutsy enough tangalin mo yung high tension wire slightly lang and you can hear sparking ... if you can hear it okay pa yan .....

maraming reasons and depende rin sa cars please give more details

idling problems on hondas are solved through the intake manifold cleaning and iacv cleaning.

probvably not but it can't hurt to clean it again. if ayaw maayos then normally it requires replacing the sensor na.
