Ano ba ang brand at model ng orig aircon ng Nissan Vanette natin?
At kung alam din ninyo, saan kaya ako pwede makabili at magpakabit nun?
Nun nabili ko kasi ang Vanette ko, hindi na orig aircon eh.
Isip ko lang kung ibalik ko kaya sa orig.

Bro.,- if my memory still serves me right,- Xexel ang original na brand ng aircon compressor ng ating Vanette... R12(freon) pa ang refrigerant na gamit nito, which should not be allowed since a few years ago.... Ang alam ko, sa Tropical(?) sa old national road sa may Paranaque (Kabihasnan) may nabibili nito dati... I am not sure now since I have not visited the area for the last couple of years....

Nagpa-convert na ako sa R134a just before the deadline ng LTO,- kaya Denso na ang aking compressor...

May nakapagpa-repack na ba sa inyo ng clutch fan ng Vanette? Iyon kasing sa amin ay medyo dumudulas na kaya hindi masyadong efficient ang cooling...

The last time I brought the van to a shop here in LPC, the technician was telling me that he needs to replace the assembly as the original one cannot be repacked....

*smdelfin - nasa tabi ng kabitan ng throttle cable sa carb yung tinutukuran ng vacuum canister plunger ng para sa dagdag idling pag nag activate yung aircon. may adjusting screw dun para ma iset mo sa parehong idle speed ang engine pag may aircon at wala.

Nakita at napihit ko na yun screw para sa idling. Pero di ko makita yun screw para sa may load/aircon. Nasa left, right, taas o baba nun idling screw? Pareho ba sila ng itsura/philips? Dun ko din ba susulutin sa butas for the idling-no-load?

On the left side, red circle, yun yung nakikita kong bumababa pag naka-aircon.
Alin kaya dyan ang pinipihit para tumaas ang rev pag may aircon?

bro smdelfin, yung unang picz na attached mo tama yun...yung binilugan mo ng red..yung screw na nasa baba (hex head)...adjust mo na pag tumukod yung plunger ng canister ay papareho ang idling mo pagnaka deactivate na aircon...ideal is 800rpm...adjust during patay ang aircon kasi mahirap mapihit pagnakatukod na yung plunger sa screw..then try to activate ac..repeat mo lang procedure until magpareho na idling ng withand without ac.

regarding sa OEM na ac compressor, tama si cvt, ZEXEL (DKS-16H) na brand gamit ng vanette and for other nissan. pareho din lang ng DEISEL KIKI...basta same spec..and nabasa ko somewhere na multirefrigerant..pwede r-12 and r-134a. naka r-134a na rin ac ko..twice na ko naka pagpalit ng compressor kasi yung una kong palit parang nagulangan lang ako..pasira na din..diesel kiki na brand, then another palit ko kasi naingayan na ako, ZEXEL na ulit na surplus sa imus..nasa P2800 kuha ko.

*cvt, yung OEM na fan clutch ng vanette di pwede irepack kasi totally sealed..yung replacement na shimahide brand pwede na.
