I like the ride of the T32. It may be softer than others but I like it.

Try checking the settings of car. Mine auto locks (4x2) after moving 10-20 meters.
Thanks! I will check the settings. Medyo and labo ng Service advisor to say na dahil sa push start yon.

Stick with sticker pressure. 1psi higher and comfort sucks terribly.

Some roads are just jarring. Baka malas lng sa areas na masama ang street quality. Lalo na cement areas na walang asphalt.

I got my unit (4X4) last June and is currently running at 1.5t kms. I was able to drive it for 1 month (OFW every other month) around Manila and nearby provinces. I have some minor issues and I hope you guys can enlighten me.

The so called "zero gravity seats" I don't feel it, after driving to subic, medyo sumakit likod ko. It could be my driving posture but I can't feel any difference driving other cars.

Ride/Comfort wise, parang sobrang lambot, ramdam na ramdam mo yung di pagkakapantay ng semento sa EDSA at Skyway. I tried to check the tire pressure pero OK naman sya as per recommendation nila. Is it because of the suspension or shocks? Based on numerous reviews I read OK naman sya. My only comparison for this are the other cars I use. Is there any thing else I need to check/know before I bring it back to Nissan for inspection?

How can you check if the chassis control is working?

Lastly, auto lock system, hindi pala sya nag aauto lock pag umabante kana, medyo delikado lalo na pag nakalimutan mo or nagmamadali ka. According sa Nissan dahil daw yun sa PUSH start. Is there a way to install one without the alarm?

    Thanks!
I think the zero gravity seats works better with cloth seats. The leather trim makes it thicker so maybe we can't feel it much. I haven't experienced back pains, only thigh support issues. The lumbar is just right for me. But you should adjust the seat and the steering wheel to match your preference. It is telescopic.

For me tama lng lambot ng suspension. The 1st gen is even softer which I like. This one is the same as CX5.

I also want to know how chassis control works.

Auto lock is enabled on my 4x4 unit. Maybe you can ask the dealer to set it in case it's disabled.

    * stockengine: after reading the comments I reviewed the paperwork I got. I actually paid 356 pesos for "care care kit". Next visit is 5,000 or 6months whichever comes first. I clarifed further and the 3rd visit will be at 10th km. Succeeding visits are going to be every 10th km thereafter. This was at Nissan commonwealth.

    * 2kissmet: as stated by skylightpigeon, first 1000 is inspection only and its free. no actual change of oil so I don't know if I can bring my own oil to nissan commonwealth. They top up whatever fluids needed topping free of charge as well which probably isn't much given that car is still quite new. I guess the 356 pesos is for cleaning the car ha ha nothing really is free.

Still I am very pleased with the people and the service - they were very helpful and all smiles and the car was out when they said it would be. For my next service I am considering having them get the xtrail from the office and bring it back to me. Commonweatlh is really far for me and the traffic going to and coming back is horrible. I have a bunch of free coupons that can be used, but basically these are for cleaning, underwashing etc. and that's why I decided to bring it back to them in the first place. If the traffic gets too unbearable I will try nissan shaw or ortigas for servicing.

    * sachiel: I noticed that aircon ventilation issue with the xtrail as well. With my previous vehicle that was also a problem and when I talked to the manager about it (he is a friend of mine) he said that that is actually a safety mechanism so that the air in the vehicle gets refreshed. CO2 build up can occur and cause drowsiness so the vents default to open. Unfortunately in the Philippines when behind a bus or jeep you get carbon monoxide instead.

I tend to leave my aircon on even when I power off the car. When I start it again the aircon is still at the closed/recirculation position.

hmmm that's strange. the warranty officer at Nissan Westgate told me that 2nd PMS ng T32 after the 1st 1k inspection is at 10k na. No PMS at 5k.

How about the rest of you guys?

Same here. Mantrade told me my first PMS is at 1k then the next is 10k already. No more 5k pms. I only do 10k pms after 10k km.
