parang tipong "but wait! there's more!" eh... hehehe

if i was in uncle_bob's shoes, i would have wrecked havoc at the showroom already... if my memory serves me right, there was one outie owner here did just that and it was even escallated to the VP of Citimotors with personal follow up pa! was it sir carchase?

Went to my dealer to complain about small streaks on the driver's side(quite unnoticeable actually) and asked about replacing the weatherstrips. The SAs informed me that because mine was assembled in 2008, there was no need. They just replaced the tint on the driver side window under warranty.

I dont know about a written service bulletin.

But if your windows get scratched again, demand for the strips to be replaced. unfortunately, na-hassle ka pa twice.

are you dealing with citimotors ba?

actually, i already told my SA about this problem even before i took out my unit from the casa. kaya the moment i saw the scratches coming, dinala ko na sa casa, and no questions asked, palit agad, with or without a bulletin.

    Eto na Part 2

I set up an appointment with the Service Manager. I forgot his name, basta yung matangkad na kalbo na useless na tao. I pointed out to them my complaints and they did get an earfull from me but it ended there. I just vowed that I will never let them touch my Outie again, partly so they lose the service business from me and partly because I don't think they are capable of rectifying the problems anyway. Have you ever seen a service area that's like night time even during the day? Kung di ba naman sila isa't kalahating mga bobo eh. No wonder they can't clearly see what they are working on and that's only just a small part of the problem.
Anyway, I thought, useless lang, wala din naman mangyayari eh. Pasok sa isang tenga, tuloy-tuloy sa kabila. Mukhang wala namang utak mga tao dun eh. Sayang lang effort, sayang din gas.

I hate Citimotors with a passion! Kaya if you are considering getting your unit at Citimotors, think again. They are just a useless bunch. Sana makarating ito sa kanila but then again, like I said, useless lang.

SFM Mitsubishi Lipa City had just replaced all the weather strips of my outie this afternoon. My SA has been very persistent of calling for a replacement just two weeks after i got my outie last july. i was delighted, no fees collected, not even a single centavo. Yun nga lang, binentahan ako ng rain visor with etched "Mitsubishi Motors." ok na din!

with regards to other's woes on their overdue plate number, medyo nakakapag-init nga ng ulo yan kasi i've heard an info that mitsu dealers (maybe all car dealers) has already forged an arrangement with LTO that every brand new vehicle (with corresponding VIN) once delivered to casa will have its LTO registration processed kaya mabilis ang release ng plate #. kaya may mga dealer na tinatanong ang client nila kung personalized o conventional plate ba ang ia-aapply para sa kanila. in my case, the LTO plate has been issued in just a week time.

di ko lang po alam kung sino 3rd party supplier ng rain visor sa mitsu, may naka-etched na Mitsubishi Motors kasi kaya ayos na din. obsevation ko, mas makapal yung gawa ng EGR.
