Outlander Tint/Window problems

To the Outie owners, lets discuss in this thread our problems regarding scratches on our tint.
Does all owners experience this problem?

Lets make a list of owners and whether scratches are experienced or not.

Suggested format:

name-scratches encountered?-tint used-resolved?

4. eerb525 -yes, 1 window only front passenger side -3M -Casa adjusted window and replaced tint for free during 1k check-up (Diamond Motors Q.Ave). *As what i have posted in the other thread, i made an egreement with my SA to fix window/change tint for free if ever problem occurs. Sorry for the long post, thought it might help to explain

ayaw galawin ng union motor yung window like what diamond motors did. baka natatakot sila na may mangyari. feeling nila remedyo lang to.

Sir, di ko alam exactly kung anong adjustment ang ginawa nila e, di na kase ako yung kumuha nung outie.. Okay naman na sana after nilang ayusin last thursday kase wala na gasgas kaso may minor problem na kanina ko lang napansin. pangit yung pagkapalit ng tint, may konting mga bubbles. Galing ako sa casa kanina to complain about this, buti at papalitan nila ulit for free. Tsaka pina-check ko rin yung accessory/cigar lighter socket ko kase it got busted when i used it to plug a compressor, biglang tumigil nung linalagyan ko hangin ang gulong. Fuse lang naman daw ang papalitan. So ipapasok ko one of these days yung outie para maayos ang kelangan ayusin. Tatanungin ko na rin kung ano adjustment ginawa sa window. update ko na lang kayo.

Update: kung di daw kayang ayusing ng dealer nyo ang window, dalhin nyo lang sa Diamond Q.Ave at aayusin daw nila. Di lang daw ito remedyo kundi may adjustment sila na ginagawa. Hope this helps

just got an email from mitsubishi philippines. mukhang hindi authorized yung ginagawa ng diamond q.ave.

nag follow up ako... sabi "wala pa daw solution mitsubishi japan" ayun...

how hard is it to dedicate a team to provide a solution?? isang araw lang yan kayang gawin...
