Hi Sir RPP,
Choosing the Strada amongst the other pickup, is a great decision. You will realize when you get it. If you got the money, just get the GLS. But if you want to dress it up to look like GLS, definitely you will still have money to spare and dressing it up even better with 20's, pick up bed cover should you wish, but one thing you can't get is the MID, but the other accessories are readily available.
Now in terms of Sales Agent, I always recommend Jessa of citimotors las pinas. She is honest and always give good customer service even after the sale unlike other agents, after the sale, you won't hear from them anymore. Some members got their unit from her and even some Montero owner's. her number is 09178069439, just tell her av8or5 recommended her in tsikot.
Thanks sir av8or5 - I'll try to contact her on Monday. I was hoping to get a unit from SFM San Pablo since it's closer to my house in Batangas, but getting one here in Manila wouldn't also be a problem or would it?. Just looking for the best deal and best relationship para sa future needs.I'm in Manila on weekdays but would be using the truck more on weekends.
dang, the wait is killing me

guys anyone here who uses hids on their stradas? i bought a 6000k lo with h3 halogen hi. how come when go bright the h3 halogen is focused to the right?
sorryI got jumbled up...the GLS doesn't have EBD, ABS and LSD, Only the GLS sport have it...
thats according to the last spec sheet that I have read...
besides the engine its the ones I posted above..
the strada's headlights are fitted only with a H4 type of Bulb and HID and for the foglights it uses H11....so How come you've installed H3's?can you elaborate more about it?

So far, satisfied naman ako sa service sa SFM San Pablo. Familiar na rin sila sa common problems ng Strada, and they know how to deal w/ them. Although, di pa ako tapos sa investigation ko sa issue re: manual transmission oil change during my last 30k PMS. Will go back there within this week for my 35k PMS.
Hi guys,
Im relatively new to this forum and been reading information on Mitsubishi Strada. I have been contemplating on purchasing a 2010 Mitsubishi Strada GLS 2.5 4x4 M/T. However Ive been thinking of the GLX model also.. Any latest update and recommendation on both?
Secondly, if I go for the GLS, any advice on how to deal with dealers so I would have the best deal? Im looking at doing around 40% down and financing the balance. Is bank financing or In-house better? How do I bargain with agent/dealers? Any one just got a new Mitsubishi Strada? Whats the latest Price?
Lastly, If I get an strada, What cover for the truck would you suggest and where can i get one? Im actually looking at a sports lid....
Update me guys... Thanks in advance for all the help... How
if you want a 4x4, then the gls is your pick, now if you don't need the 4x4, go for the glx, and use the extra cash to set up your strada. i'm no expert but from experience, going thru you bank financing will get you a better rate than in house financing.
as for the sport lid, try carryboy and miggyboy. those are the 2 that are most refered by the posters here in the forum. good luck on your purchase.![]()
any one having problem with their check engine light in the strada? mine keeps turning on and off. it will usually turn on during extended usage and turn off when the strada has not been used for a few days.
Whats the fastest in house or bank in approving financing? thanks
ahh I see then....well, that's something new to list on my fact sheet because all along I call the H3 inside the H4 bulb as the the bright fillament..I didn't know that it was a H3 inside the H4 bulb asembly.....thanks sir for explaining!
for your problem It would be best if you consult the store where you bought it from....rather than fixing it yourself...![]()
clarify ko lang regarding the ABS and EBD sa mga strada, the first batch of GLs stradas to arrive in the country were equipped with this feature plus a few more that you can not find in the GLs of present and the same goes for the alarm inclusive functions like turbo timer and remote engine start and engine kill switch that even the sports models don't get anymore.
reasons why these features were rmoved were the usuall to make the units more competitive in the market...blahblahblah....
