sige po ma'am.....if destiny allows...malamang magkasabay narin kayu ni mam lenjun95 sa pagpa pamember also together with her husband:thumbup:

BTW madam, if you have a spare time since you wouldn't be able to avail the club discount...I would suggest that try getting the flares from goldcars in banawe.....I believe its 1 to 2k cheaper than miggyboys if I recall the prices right.... =D

your very much welcome sir! =D that's the least thing we could do as a club member and as a strada owner on helping out other/new owners the best way that we can on providing them information with regards to our beloved truck.. ^_^

with regards naman sa tint....I think most of the dealers only carries 3m brand very rarely solargard and definitely not V-kool....

medium magic is ok na for the sides and rear at night and light tint in your front wind shield......but it would still be up to you....depende naman yan sa paningin mo.....=D

but in my case sanay naman ako ever since with dark tints so I installed the darker ones... =D

    HTH
haha, thanx Sir LR777 for the info..will definitely check it out tomorrow...:2thumbsup:

    hi sir!

there's a member who just passed his 50k kms odometer reading......who also happen to replace his brake pads.....so Im assuming that 50k kms is the lifespan of a strada's front breakpad(sir moxxs tama ba?).....However, the lifespan of your break pads would still depend on your breaking habits and how often do you use your truck.....But if you happen to feel that there is already something that is unusual when you are breaking then better have it check....

for the pads price...if your planning to change it outside the casa and tend to use genuine parts.....check out el dorado car components in cubao....they are authorized dealers of mitsu genuine parts and they sell it quite cheaper than those of the casa.....again, their numbers are widely spread across this forums....so feel free to use the search button....

    Hope it helps....

    depending on your driving sir....

madali siyang mapudpod if spirited driver ka like super MOXXS....

bout changing your brake pads.... please use tokico brake pads, yun ata ang OEM...

pag city driving ok na yung ibang brake pads pero on long travel, mabagal ang brake response..
be safe lang sa pagpili ng pads....

Nice advice po, hahaha! Thank you po sa information sir, i've called carryboy in the past pero 45 days para madeliver, . Pero ok lng un coz i'd like to dress it up sama si hubby. Sabi po sa kin ni sir Av8or me mas cheaper dun s quote na 71K. Sir Av8or, pa advice naman po .

Ung hydrophilic paint protection, para it will not lose its slickness and shine for months of extreme manila weather. Advice din sa kin ng brother ko to apply pero better kung me info from you all the TSCP gurus and as to where is the best shop to have it.

ah, ok. i just have tire rotation lately and found out the remaining thickness of my front brake pad around 1/4 inch. i don't know if it could last 50k mileage. cz my mileage now is almost 18k. anyway, i'll have that check at the mitsubishi shop next week.

i think you're right there. that's why the strada cannot release there high pressure turbo and vgt here in the phil which the other countries enjoying the higher hp and torque of their 2010 2.5l triton. maybe it's not yet compatible to our diesel fuel. i remember the demo unit of strada was using euro 4 diesel fuel and they don't sell their demo unit cz fuel compatible problem. that's the reasoned of delaying almost a year and a half for releasing new model strada here in the phil. they have to correct the engine and program which is suitable to our dirty and low quality diesel fuel (maybe high sulfur). that's why the nissan and toyota (early model d4d engine) may have encounter engine problem like emitting black smoke. even the isuzu dmax earlier model have problem, maybe that's why they have to change their engine (dmax) and upgrade of the same engine alterra used. although they have the same displacement.

EXACTLY WHAT I HAVE WANTED TO SAID!!! I just can't get the words properly buti nalang you have it figured out sir...thanks!

and to add up....I even saw that demo unit....in one of the dealership....and then when I asked them to start it.....sabi nila di daw pwede kasi inde kayang i-ingest ang fuel natin dito....kaya from flatbed to showroom lang dapat pinapaandar...........kailangan daw muna dapat hintayin yung pang PHDM market na release.. that was back late 2006....

yup. that's why the mitsubishi really do their job just to release the all new strada without engine problem. sad to say, they still not eliminate the squeeking of rear suspension, but to be fair, not every unit have that problem. my 3 friends have not encounter the squeeking except mine. ha ha ha... maybe i'll request to down the leaf spring and change the silencer spring spacer and rubber bushing. i bought my unit last june and i have it checked at ct motors and karasia of davao, so far they can eliminate the squeeking sound temporary by applying wd 40 and worse, applying grease. ha ha ha... maybe the mechanic thought it was greasing a ball joint or wheel bearing. i hope they could give advise to those stupid mechanic. and they don't eliminate the the squeeking annoying sound permanently!!!!!!!!! maybe i need to buy a truck load of grease and hope they don't put silencer muffler on the rear leaf spring suspension. just kidding.

probably its the quality of diesel we have here.

It doesn't stall/choke like the D-4D though - at least I have not learned of such an incident yet.
if i remember correctly, my trooper before was the first crdi engine out in the market and euroIII compliant, but it still belch smoke... glad i sold it. hehehhe

dapat ang i check ng lto yong diesel fuel ng mga supplier kung pumasa sa standard. biruin mo, my fuel tayo na tao nag lilinis sa loob ng makina, meron din clean diesel na pwede na yatang gamitin sa pang liligo. meaning every year may gimmick sila na clean diesel, baka sunod super clean diesel na o baka disinfectant na. parang yong lysol. if you check the surplus engine from japan, most of their unit don't emit black smoke until you top up with our low grade fuel. kaya nga pag may sira ang crdi at regarding sa fuel, kailangan sila ang mananagot. kawawa naman yong may ari ng sasakyan gumagasto kahit bago pa lang sakyan niya. nakaka bad trip. hopefully may magawa ang tsikot regarding this issue. to eliminate the smoke belchers, give us quality fuel, impound those dilapidated engine due to poor maintainance that emit smoke on public road. ok lang pag tutok niya sa kwarto ng bahay niya ang exhaust ng sakyan niya para alam niya ang epekto. ha ha ha.... just kidding!

sir the wait really depends on the color the soon to be owner wants. and stocks are dependent on the dealer. you may also try jessa of citimotors.

true enough, maganda ang appeal ng red with the Strada GLX which is probably why MMPC chose this color for printing its brochure. Looking forward to meet you soon. thanks.
